    We want to gain a better understanding of how reliable and accessible public transport is for people across South Yorkshire who need to use it to get to and from health appointments, as well as the issues facing other transport users.

    We are gathering this information to help us with our research so that we can campaign for transport reform.

    If you have a learning disability or autism, we want to hear from you to learn about how you feel GP's, hospitals and dentists care for you. We want to know who is getting things right and providing you with great care, and who isn't so good. Where you feel care is not good, what needs to be better? This survey is to give you a voice to tell us what you feel good care looks like and for them to make any changes so that they can make care better.

    On Monday 3rd June 2024, two trained representatives from Healthwatch Rotherham visited Swallownest Health Centre to carry out an Enter and View visit.

    The purpose of the visit was to:
    ● collect the views from patients, families, volunteers and staff on services
    ● observe how the facility operates and provides its services
    ● identify ‘Best Practice’ and highlight any areas of concern

    With the NHS planning to employ more physician associates, find out what care they can offer you and how their role differs from that of fully qualified doctors.

She was joined there by Yvonne Hargreaves from the Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) to talk to the group about CPR and defibrillators.
