Service Manager - Lesley Cooper
Lesley joined Healthwatch Rotherham in 2018 originally as our Information and Research Officer. She took up her current post in April 2020 when the contract became hosted by Citizens Advice Rotherham. Lesley has previously worked in the third sector on community development and engagement issues. Her role is to put the voice of the people at the centre of health and care in Rotherham.
Information & Campaigns Officer - Emma Roberts
Emma joined Healthwatch Rotherham in February 2021. She was previously a student, graduating with a Bsc in Criminology and Psychology as well as an Msc in Criminal Investigation. As well as this role, she also works for an Anti-Social Behaviour charity. She will be gathering evidence on health and social care issues and communicating this to stakeholders and the public to deliver change.
Engagement Officer - Sonia Hussain
Along with being a qualified counsellor, Sonia has worked for the council, NHS and in the private sector - most recently as a Health & Wellbeing Adviser to support people into employment. She will be working with local communities and organisations to improve healthcare and address health inequalities.
