    On Wednesday 17th January 2024 a member of staff and a volunteer from Healthwatch Rotherham attended an announced visit of Cherry Trees care home. We spoke to staff, residents, family and friends and you can find our observations and survey results below.

    We want to gain a better understanding of how reliable and accessible public transport is for people across South Yorkshire who need to use it to get to and from health appointments, as well as the issues facing other transport users.

    We are gathering this information to help us with our research so that we can campaign for transport reform.

We want to know who is getting things right and providing you with great care, and who isn't so good. Where you feel care is not good, what needs to be better? This survey is to give you a voice to tell us what you feel good care looks like and for them to make any changes so that they can make care better.
