    Our Community Engagement Officer Andrea has been out and about in the community this month gathering feedback from local people about their experiences with health and social care services in Rotherham.

    If you have a learning disability or autism, we want to hear from you to learn about how you feel GP's, hospitals and dentists care for you. We want to know who is getting things right and providing you with great care, and who isn't so good. Where you feel care is not good, what needs to be better? This survey is to give you a voice to tell us what you feel good care looks like and for them to make any changes so that they can make care better.
