Healthwatch Rotherham believe it is important that you, as a resident, knows who pays for your health and social care services in South Yorkshire.
We are running this survey to establish how well informed the public are on Integrated Care Systems and Integrated Care Boards. All answers are anonymous and the survey will only take 5-10 minutes of your time. Once completed, please share with friends, family and colleagues in South Yorkshire.
