Code of conduct policy

All those who work or carry out activities for Healthwatch Rotherham, in a voluntary or paid capacity, including trustees, employees, students and volunteers are expected to follow a code of conduct. This policy sets out the expectations of all Healthwatch Rotherham representatives.

Enter and View - The Gate Surgery

On Monday 27th January 2025, two trained representatives from Healthwatch Rotherham visited The Gate Surgery to carry out an Enter and View visit.

The purpose of the visit was to:
● collect the views from patients, families, volunteers and staff on services
● observe how the facility operates and provides its services
● identify ‘Best Practice’ and highlight any areas of concern

We spoke to staff and patients and you can find out about our observations, survey results and recommendations in our report below.

Let's talk - Oral health

On Thursday 16th January 2025, we held a Let’s talk about Oral health at The Willows School.

Leiann Musgrave, the Oral Health Improvement Lead for Rotherham Children’s Public Health Nursing Service, led the small group session with 7 students at the school and talked about the best way to look after your teeth.
