Although Citizens Advice Rotherham offices are currently closed to drop-in clients (they continue to support residents via webchat, phone and video chat) due to the COVID 19 outbreak, as soon as normal services resume within the community there will be the facility for residents to drop in and leave their feedback on health and social care services in the borough.
Important information regarding NHS Complaints Advocacy
As from the 1st April 2020 Rotherham Healthwatch Ltd will no longer be delivering the NHS Independant Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) contract. This will now be delivered by Cloverleaf (Absolute Advocacy). All current clients have been informed separately of this change and agreements are in place with individuals regarding the transfer of data.
