The Hello my Name is tour hits Rotherham
The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust was selected as just one of a handful of healthcare organisations nationally to receive a prestigious visit from Kate Granger. Kate creator and champion of the "Hello my Name is" campaign has worked in elderly medicine in Yorkshire as a consultant and registrar and has terminal cancer. Kate began and spearheaded the "hello my name is" campaign after she noticed some doctors, nurses and support staff delivering her care failed to introduce themselves - a simple action that makes a massive difference to the experience patients have.
