Decision Making Policy - 2024 (updated version)

Due to an increase in dentist enquiries over the past few months, between December 2021 - January 2022 we decided to look into dentistry issues in Rotherham, and how Rotherham residents have found accessing a dentist in the past 12 months.

During March and April 2021 we conducted three surveys looking into mental health services in Rotherham. The three surveys were: children and young people, adults and an organisational survey.

This report showcases myth-busting Zoom sessions we ran in partnership with HARP (Health Access for Refugees Programme) and British Red Cross on the Covid-19 vaccine for asylum seekers and refugees.

During February 2021 we undertook a survey to find out what residents think of the Covid-19 vaccine in Rotherham.
We had over 330 responses from residents of aged 13 years upwards.

Loneliness and obesity are two major public health issues influencing the residents in Rotherham, both have an impact on the mental health of the affected individuals, which has been particularly highlighted during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Our Steering Group meets regularly throughout the year to discuss our strategic direction, what people are telling us and to make sure we are fulfilling our statutory duty.
