During November 2024, we spoke to 80 people about their experiences of health and social care services in Rotherham. This was through a combination of in-person engagement and enquiries. You can see the feedback we heard below:

On Friday 8th November 2024, two trained representatives from Healthwatch Rotherham visited Woodstock Bower Surgery to carry out an Enter and View visit.

The purpose of the visit was to:
● collect the views from patients, families, volunteers and staff on services
● observe how the facility operates and provides its services
● identify ‘Best Practice’ and highlight any areas of concern
