At Healthwatch Rotherham, everything we do starts with listening. Over the past year, we have worked closely with people across our community to understand their experiences of health and social care, ensuring their voices are not only heard but acted upon. Through engagement, partnership working, and evidence-based insight, we have helped influence meaningful improvements to local services, making care more accessible, responsive, and person-centred for the people of Rotherham.

This month we were contacted by 79 people who either shared their experiences of health and social care services, or asked for information and signposting help. Our report highlights some of the things we heard and some of the actions we have taken, as well as some of the feedback given to us.
